Delivery

All stock is held in our warehouse in Hertfordshire. Once an order has been complete and paid for, its simple we send it. Orders usually take around 3-5 days from point of order confirmation to delivery. 

UK orders are delivered by either Royal Mail 48 or by DHL. You will receive an email with all relevant tracking for your order.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return any and all un-wanted products. Returns must be made within 60 days of the delivery date.

Please ensure you include a copy of this form within the returns box. This will allow our returns team to process your refund quickly.

• Detach the plug from the mains socket instead of pulling on the cable
